  The condo was great! Located in a nice quiet area. Several restaurants with in walking distance. Quick uber ride to downtown and the River Walk.

  Everything was great. We loved the condo.

  I will start with the positives of this property since the list is shorter. New building in small community.

  Things that need improvement:

  This place was really dirty upon arrival. The floors have not been swept or mopped in who knows how long. There was hair and dust on all floors and furniture, especially the blinds. The sheets in the BR I stayed in had hair in them and a big yellow stain. I slept on towels the first night The bath mats still had footprints from the previous stay. There were dirty, used towels still hanging behind the door. The face towel was folded on the rack and when i used it, it smelled like mildew. It must’ve been used and rehung. There were roaches in the garage because the garbage was sitting in trash cans in garage which smelled so bad. There is a train that goes right by the unit at 9am every morning. They did come in and clean after I complained but only changed the sheets and swept my bathroom and wiped my sink. The rest of the unit was not tended to. I was told she would return to change the sheets on the other bed but she never did. I was also told the garage code didn’t work so we couldn’t use the garage to park our car. It wasn't until I complained that we were given the code for the garage. Overall very disappointed by our stay during this difficult time of dealing with my mother who was in the hospital. I will never stay at an Evolve property again if this is any indication of how they manage their rental properties. I also do not recommend this area. I have been gone from SAfor 8 years and heard Southtown was being gentrified. This block has not been. Right down the street there were stray dogs wandering and very run down homes.
