Disappointed
2/5 Property management company is terrible. Spent 2 hours trying to get the checkin instructions. Had to contact VERBO to get checkin email. Arrived to find the yard FULL of TALL weeds and the pool disgusting and dirty with the cover in the water. The inside of the house was clean and nice except for the small ants in the bathtub. We had 6 people checking in and was left 4 towels and 4 washcloths. No dishwasher tabs. No laundry detergent. Empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the showers. I sent a message to the home owner and he had his cleaning service bring us 2 additional towels, 3 laundry pods, one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No mention of any refund for all the inconveniences and yard looking terrible. The house is very cute, and located not far from town. Newly remodeled with comfortable beds. It’s too bad they don’t take care of the yard. This home needs a better property manager, who makes sure things are ready for renters. The home gave me the impression that they didn’t know anyone was checking in. First impression was of a house with weeds 2 foot tall in front of the house. So overall very disappointed.

- We had our cleaning crew bring extra amenities.
- We offered to have the yard and pool cleaned ASAP, but you declined the offer. We did have the yard and pool cleaned after your departure and will ensure our landscapers come more frequently.
- We wish you had let us know about any issues with ants during your visit. We have pest control treat the unit every month, and none of our other guests have mentioned ants.

5/5 This place is so accommodating in every way! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The study is appropriate for kids or for someone to get some work done. Kitchen spacious.
