• Perfect in every way!

  We rented this house for family coming to visit. It was perfect for our needs:

  * pet friendly with a spacious, secure backyard so their dogs could romp around

  * awesome kitchen with a ton of cooking/prep space and lots of kitchen tools to make great meals

  * comfortable sofas for relaxing and hanging out

  * large dining table to accommodate a big group

  * spacious bathrooms, one with a luxury tub

  * breezy front porch with a view of the SA tower and Alamodome, with 4 rocking chairs (great place to sit and relax with family as you watch the neighbors stroll by)

  * super close to downtown attractions and within walking distance to some interesting dining options

  We loved our stay here and would 100% recommend it for groups and families... great for friends traveling together.

  I love the house, I left like I was at my house. It was very nice and clean. The neighbors are so friendly and respected. What I love the most it is close to everything I needed. I had so much fun…

• Not a family friendly neighborhood

  We had water pressure issues like in the other reviews stated. We contacted the property manager immediately and she didn’t get back to us for two days despite many messages about water running under the house and into the yard. Turns out that the owners just had the whole house plumbed and the contractor that did the work didn’t use any sodder on the joints. So after the first leak was fixed another one sprung up and was flooding the living room. The house was well renovated as were most of the neighbors homes. However one block over there’s junkies on the side of the road and most of the homes are dilapidated. This area has the highest crime in SA and while probably fine if you plan on staying in the house the whole time. I would encourage people not to walk around the neighborhood unless you’re pretty street savvy.

To provide transparency, we do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard

  Wonderful location, easy check in, very clean, AC works well. We loved this house. Backyard deck was perfect for coffee and reading in the morning.
