Easter getaway
5/5 My husband and I sponsored my son an daughter, and her two little girls. The house was lovely and well appointed. The weather was the only downside, but we didn't let that stop us from enjoying all of the outdoor amenities! We had a wonderful time!

Great stay kayak fishing with teens and a poodle
5/5 This was a great base camp for us to kayak fish from our Hobie peddle kayaks, teenage kids and our toy poodle "fishing dog." Great boat ramp, fish cleaning station and fenced yard. House was clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay.
Great Stay and Property
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was almost like staying in our own home, as everything you would need in a kitchen and outdoors. It was clean and had a nice safe yard for our dog, and hose to wash the salt water off our car. The owner Matt was very responsive to minor questions we had during our stay. Had a nice dock to fish from, and we caught some Blue Crabs as well. We highly recommend this property for your vacation in Fulton/Rockport.
Great place to stay. We will be back again.
5/5 Everything was great. The bottom room air conditioner didn’t work to great and we bought a fan to help cool it off. Other than that we had a great time.

The house was great and had a lot of kitchen items available for use. The dock was in good condition and we caught several different types of fish during our trip. We plan on coming back again.
