5/5 neat little one bedroom studio (i believe that is the correct term). the kitchen area is compact but well furnished, complete with oven/stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and basic kitchen utensils. everything was very clean.

Birthday getaway!
5/5 This was much nicer than i anticipated from the pictures! This was my first time doing a rental like this and i was pleasantly suprised by the amount of extras included, such as beach gear, toiletries, and laundry supplies. The outdoor space was huge and really made our vacation top-notch. I will most certainly be renting this place again!
Overall a good place
4/5 We had a small problem with a couple roaches but, quickly took care of that situation. Also, we had to fix the propane oven. Good thing we had a professional propane guy with our group. Overall a descent clean place. Small apartment under the main house.

This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "We encourage guests to reach out with any issue as we are/were unaware of any problem with the gas oven. If you have a chance to let us know whether it was the oven inside the studio or the propane cooker and stand that is outside on the patio, we would appreciate so that we can keep an eye on it. Thanks for fixing it while you were there - the outside set up can be used for boiling pots of crabs or blackening fish in a cast iron skillet. As far as roaches we keep roach bait out everywhere, but since this is the Gulf Coast, the large palmetto bugs/ tree roaches are a fact of life." Beloved Beach Property
5/5 Amazing stay!! Exceptionally Clean. Walking distance to the water. Gracious hostess with a plethora of ideas. Really wanted to hug her.My son found wild hermit crabs dancing on the beach. Plan on making this an annual trip God willing. Next year, we will bring our boat!! Thank you so very much
