4/5 Normally I would give 5 stars but the reason why I gave 4 is because both showers would only get lukewarm and not hot. Other than that, great stay!

3/5 We enjoyed our weekend but there were several things about the property that were negatives. We scheduled a time to meet the management for entry into the property and had to wait over 30 minutes to get in. Locking the front door when exiting the property was an issue. The information for the property states it will sleep 10 and that is not so. The queen air mattress does not hold air, plus it is cold to sleep on, so two of our people had to sleep on the sofas. There were not enough towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. The toilet closet in the master bath is ridiculously small. It's impossible to use the toilet without being crunched against the wall on one side. A upper cabinet door was falling off in the kitchen. And the cleanliness was questionable. The floors were not clean (we found medicine tablets and capsules from prior guests). The kitchen is scarcely stocked with utensils, etc.

As mentioned over the phone, the house has shifted and it causes the door to stick some. This property can sleep 10 guests. We are sorry that you had issues with the air mattress. Our staff walked you through how to air it back up. We were not aware that you were not able to sleep on it. We have since checked it after your departure, and it stays aired up. Had we known this, we could have accommodated appropriately. As far as bath towels, wash clothes, and kitchen utensils, we leave enough out for the number of guests the house sleeps. We have gotten with our staff about the cabinet door and the floors. Thank you again for your review!"Relaxing Stay
4/5 We stayed over Mother’s Day weekend and had a very nice and relaxing time. The home is beautiful and the deck is massive! We had dinner out there one evening and ended up spending hours just talking and relaxing on the outdoor seating.
