  We stayed with a group of friends, each couple had their own room and bathroom. There was so space for us to be in the kitchen and play games in the living room. The community was quiet and clean. We rented golf carts to easily get to the beach and ride up the coast to cinnamon shores for dinner. Zero complaints. We want to make this a tradition and bring kids.

  Great house and location. Takes 24 hours for frig to cooldown. Advertised as 5 bath actually 5 th bath is a Jack and Jill. No dishwashing powder and you are suppose to run dishwasher before checkout. 10 adult guests and we all agreed it was a fabulous house in a great location and we had a great time!

• Nice home, in nice neighborhood, very close to the beach

  The place was great and fit 3 families with 5 kids well (11 people). The location was also great. We didn't try the neighborhood pools, but they looked like they were fine and also saw some fishing going on in a large pond in the neighborhood.

  The house was large, ample, clean, and new feeling/looking. The beds were very comfy, but the sleeping arrangements could be a little awkward with kids (two queen sized bunks downstairs) and can be a little tricky with multiple families trying to share them, but generally everything worked out. We wound up having a little one sleep on an air mattress we brought. There was also no bath tub downstairs so take note if you have young kids that need to have a bath and claim the room upstairs that has the tub. It is rare and nice to have an air conditioned and ground floor entrance on the beach, which was a plus of this house.

  The house is just about as close as they come to the beach without actually being on the beach (about 1 block (7 houses) walk to the boardwalk and then another 1 block walk down the boardwalk from there to the beach.

  I recommend a golf cart, especially if you have little kids, but the beach entrance about a mile north of the neighborhood could get you back up to mile marker 39 (in front of the neighborhood boardwalk's entrance in about 10 mins drive). We wound up taking a golf cart and a truck to the beach to fit everything we needed for the beach. This could have been done with a few trips on the golf cart back to the house. A quick cart ride to Cinnamon Shores gets you the nearest bar and a few restaurants as well.

  Having hoses and shower outside to wash off sand was good as well. The home was equipped well, including some extra toys/games in the garage.

  We ran into an issue upon arrival, but both the property manager and owner were responsive and made it right. I am also an owner of a rental property and know it's always the little things that can make or break a review and ratings. The fact the owner and manager did all they could to fix the issue we had is really all that can be asked of someone. If they ignored us or left us hanging I would knock the rating down, but because the house was great and they made things right, they deserve a 5 star review. This is a great home and I don't think you will be disappointed in booking it. We also were making the seemingly controversial claim that this home is even better than the homes in Cinnamon Shore! We would stay here again.

  Small suggestion is to add crab shell/nutcrackers in the kitchen as we wanted to do a crab bake but didn't have any crackers and didn't know where to buy any. Also, having a beach parking permit for use might make tenants feel more comfortable and/or not have to go get one themselves.

  The location was amazing! Right next to the beach and quiet neighborhood of fellow vacationers. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. We had two families + a nanny all stay here and did not feel like anyone was on top of each other. A few issues where I'd think twice about staying here again....-The property manager that is listed on VRBO is completely unreachable...like never responded to my messages about our stay. Maybe they did on the first a month after it was sent. This isn't acceptable and VRBO should do something about it. -The code lock on the front door doesn't really work and the local property manager seemed to be aware and gave us a garage code. Bottom line...fix a known issue that guests use regularly. -The garbage disposal stopped working on day 2 (5 day stay) so this meant for a disgusting sink to wait for it to drain. Again, no luck messaging through the app so called the local number who came out. They wanted to fix it but we're on vacation and I'm not waiting for someone to fix a garbage disposal on my vacation...-The floors were not very clean when we got there. My feet were black by the end of the day from walking around barefoot. Otherwise walk to beach and location was great!
