Lake Conroe visit
5/5 My son and daughter in law and I were in town visiting family for the weekend. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend.

The price was right
3/5 Considering what we paid it was worth it. The location was great. Great restaurant/bar 2 minutes from the place. Not so clean. The rug in the living room had not been vacuumed was really dirty. The couch had animal hair on it and was filthy. When I went to load the dishwasher it was full of dishes. No one emptied it from the last stay. The main bathtub was dirty. The pillows did not have cases on them. The bed on the main floor was horrible. Very old and worn out! Very uncomfortable. Not complaining about the cost though. However, the tax and service fees were more than the 2 night stay charge. I think the cleaning people are overcharging.

4/5 The good: super cute condo, pet friendly, great location, lovely lake view, dock for kayak & SUP right outside, nice amenities (yacht club pool access), loft area was a hit for our 4yo, Cafe on the Green is nearby & a great place! The not so good: elevator was out of service (3rd floor unit), check in instructions had wrong door code but the manager responded quickly w/ correct code, there were 3 of us staying 3 days & there were only 3 towels, also no hand towels, wash cloths or dish towels, downstairs bed is uncomfortable, sliding glass door could use cleaning & some WD 40 on the tracks, drapes are floor length so need cleaning. All pretty easy fixes IMO. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
