Great Stay!
5/5 Nice little house close to campus. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the coffee bar at the house. Didn’t have to leave the house for morning coffee. Nice back patio to sit outside!

Wonderful Rental!!!!
5/5 I rented this charming house so that I could visit my 2 children at Texas Tech. It did not disappoint. The pictures don't do justice to this lovely little home. Rental and check in were super easy. The contact from the owner was on time and truly helpful. Tons of little extras that you just won't find in other more expensive rentals. We did not lack for anything! House was really clean and bright. Beds were too comfortable, made it hard to want to get up! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and enjoy my time. Location was right next to a cute local store, coffee, shops and bakery and right down the street from Tech. We walked all over and explored the quaint neighborhood. Upon departure, I asked to have a little more time to say goodbye to the kids and Julie was more than accommodating, she was understanding of how hard Sunday goodbyes are on us mommies. She gave me more time than I asked for. Priceless! This rental and owner are 10 star all the way around. I will definitely rent this unit again on my future trips to Lubbock.
