Great house in great location near downtown Lubbock
5/5 Nice home for a weekend visit. Beds were comfy and house was very clean. Only con was no dishwasher but we overcame that with paper goods. Great house overall.

Cute House in walking distance of TTU
5/5 This house was perfect to help my two kids move in to their dorm and apartment. Plenty of room and close to so much of the college life. The only thing missing was a dishwasher. But a little soap and elbow grease never hurt anyone. Will definitely rent this home again.

5/5 Great location for visiting Texas Tech University for graduation, sporting event or moving kids into college. Walk to coffee shops & restaurants but a bit of a walk to the campus in the summer heat but otherwise walkable.
