Great place to stay
5/5 The unit was very comfortable and clean. The company that manages the place is very attentive and helpful with anything that is needed. We were in a downstairs unit and could hear footsteps in the upstairs unit, but it wasn't a bother at night. The unit is stocked with nice amenities. Gated parking is nice--did not have to worry about looking for parking or security. The area is nicely situated near the museum district, and is not far from downtown Houston. Would definitely stay here again if we ever needed a place to stay in Houston.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE STAY
5/5 I had an amazing stay in Houston with my family for the holiday season! I stayed in a beautiful unit with my siblings and parents in a separate unit side-by-side, which was very convenient for mutual access and also for privacy, if needed. The location was very walkable and accessible to many unique areas that Houston has to offer, and our hosts, the Monzon family, shared a great list of places to check out for eating, shopping, and more. They were very courteous and helpful with our stay.
The units were stunning and you can tell a lot of time, thoughtfulness, and heart went into putting the place together. It was comfortable, spacious for our crew, and everything was operating in great condition. The overall cleanliness was pristine, which was especially appreciated given the COVID-19 pandemic.
The check-in and check-out process was very simple and instructions very clear and concise. The customer service was friendly, communicative, timely, and supportive. The location and proximity to attractions and restaurants were perfect. I wish we could have stayed even longer!
I would 10/10 recommend this location in a beautiful neighborhood of Houston to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you to the Monzon family for making our stay in Houston so memorable!

Great location and property
5/5 Really enjoyed this staycation in Houston! Easily walkable to many Houston iconic spots and the property was perfect size for our little family.
