5/5 Everything about the listing is accurate. The host was incredibly proactive and reachable if needed (did not need assistance while we were there) The open space of kitchen/dining/living room is lovely. The outdoor space is incredible. Unfortunately due to weather and other scheduled off-site events we had planned, we did not get to use it as much as we'd like. If wanting to do on river activities plan ahead with local marina's or inquire w/ host. While the property has boat & wave runners, they are not rentable.

4/5 Everything about this listing is accurate. Based on reviews they seemed to have corrected or communicate clearly on any previous concerns. Host was extremely available (if needed. we did not need during our stay) Coming from out of town it would have been helpful to have a little insight to any wildlife/things to watch for and/or list of recommended places to visit, etc. The outdoor space is incredible with beautiful decks/seating/etc. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
Great family vacation
5/5 The house was great and the owner is very nice and easy to work with. The house was perfect, the kids had their own space upstairs and there was plenty of room for everyone to do what they wanted. The weather wasn’t great so it was nice to have this beautiful home to hang out in. Would stay there again. Loved it!

5/5 Can’t wait to go back in the summertime to swim in the river as well, it was too cold this time. Had a great time with family and friends celebrating my sons wedding before and after!
