    Our family of 8 (3 grandparents, 2 parents, sister/b-i-l, and an infant) stayed here for Rice graduation. This home was perfect for us! It was incredibly clean, the size was quite large, and even had a table that could accommodate all of us for dinner. The location was good. Close to Rice and our graduate, and not too noisy. We only needed to contact the hosts once, as someone removed the Wi-Fi instructions from the home manual. Our call was answered immediately by the host, and she provided the info we needed both verbally and via text. Entrance to the home by garage door and entry door were seamless. We appreciated the option to park our van inside the garage so we didn’t need to take all of the baby gear out of the car every time we returned. Can’t comment on the back yard or grilling as we didn’t use these.

    This was my first experience booking a VRBO, and it was a success all the way around! Since our graduate will be staying in Houston, we hope to book this place often!

    The property for the most part was as listed. It was very clean! The instructions in the email were very clear and informative except the code to enter the residence was incorrect. Had to call the owner to gain access to the property with a different code. But it was very quick! The Texas Heat is very real and the A/C in the house took a longtime to cool the house down. It doesn't go below 72 degrees, therefore the house was very warm for the most part. The beds were worn in and need to be replaced, you definitely sink into a dent that was created by previous renters. There are no face cloths provided in the house. Overall, the stay was very good! Definitely recommend for large groups.
