  This property was so nice that my daughter and I did not want to leave! The home is very clean and very comfortable. They have included anything that you will need, down to a tooth brush or first aid kit. The location is a short walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping. The owner was exceptional to work with, even offering to pick up groceries for us. I will stay here again!

• Super cool place/location for work & play

  The Good: This was a new listing, and the owner asked us for honest feedback…the good and the bad. So here it is. The owner and contact were extremely nice and helpful. I’ve stayed in a lot of short term rental properties and never had anyone ask me if I needed them to get me anything from the store before I got there. I took them up on it and had the coffee creamer and milk I like for my coffee on my first morning. That was pretty epic because we got to take a walk down to the river right after we woke up instead of going to get coffee. Which was another big positive, the trail down to Blue Hole is only a block away. We ended up taking that to go downtown every time we went. Beds and couch were comfortable, website was very helpful, and I loved having two desks for my partner and I to work from. They put a lot of effort into making this a functional place for work or play. It was too cold to use the patio, but the fence and separation from the unit next door (this is a duplex) was done nicely. The landscaping was nice the property just looks very cool. The Bad, which is not so bad: They advertised a pack N play but there wasn’t one when we got here. When I asked about it, was extremely apologetic and told me it hadn’t been delivered yet and that they had forgotten to make us aware. Within an hour, the owner showed up with a brand new pack n play. This is a newly listed property and the fact that they took care of that so quickly went a long way. There a couple times at night where I could faintly hear some music from a couple cars down the street, but that kind of stuff is expected in a downtown area and it wasn’t anything the owner could control, although he offered to file a noise violation when I brought it up…not a big deal though. Other than those items, which aren’t big deals or were resolved quickly, we had an awesome time. This was one of the lower priced properties in the area, and I’m not totally sure why. We loved it and will be back again. Highly recommend.
