  Although the property was clean, it lacked many things. The dishes are very old and dirty looking. There were no silverware or cooking utensils. There were not enough towels. When you have kids… beaching, pooling, showering.. you need more towels. We would have like to have a broom available to sweep. Would have liked a few more trash bags. Also there was a smashed tiny bar of soap and only a little shampoo and conditioner. Normally when we stay in those they have some board games and a little beach gear like lawn chairs and stuff. We had to purchase a lot that normally is in the rentals.

  Hi Lindsay W, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
  - We're disappointed to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - Where the dishes are not Mission Blue or Tiffany Blue dinner sets, we feel they are befitting for our condo in Galveston with full-place settings. You are correct, we do not have silverware but do provide a new box of plasticware for each stay which can be located in the kitchen drawer.
  - We provide six large towels in addition to face towels and will follow up with our cleaning service to ensure that adequate towels are being left out for each guest stay as well the toiletries.
  - We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take our listing accuracy seriously, we do not advertise or offer board games to be available for guest use, and after hearing your feedback we were made aware that it is noted on our listing "beach chairs" as an available amenity, this is referencing the community poolside seating. We sincerely apologize and have since requested "beach chairs" be removed from our offered amenities to avoid any confusion for our future travelers.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Condo was cozy and comfy for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the balcony was a plus, it had a nice view. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

• Perfect getaway thank you, everything was so easy. One problem is that the top bunk bed did not have a rail and we were afraid to let our little one up there to sleep. But she loved playing up there.
