  We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had great supplies like shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks, etc. Everything was clean and very nicely organized. Definitely would stay here again.

• Perfect Prom Cottage

  My daughter's senior prom was in Galveston. This was the perfect spot for her to get prepared. Everything we needed was provided. The place was super clean and so well decorated, and they literally thought of everything. A book was provided with all the needed info about the property. I had to call the manager once because the battery was low on the thermostat and I couldn't figure out how to change the temp. There was a before picture of the home as part of the decor, and they really did a great job restoring it. Snacks, coffee, creamer, bottled water, a bottle of wine, and spices were all provided. There was a nutra bullet and an air fryer, and board games.The only critique would be to provide more trash bags, paper towels, ans bath towels. I also couldn't find any laundry detergent to wash towels for reuse. There were gnats coming from the drain, so bleach would have been nice to pour down the drain. None of these would deter me from booking this property again. Love, Love, Love!

• Great stay

  Lived that everything was so close. The house was fully furnished and comfortable for the 4 of us.

  We used the i formation book for recommendations on places to eat.

• Wonderful stay at this lovely cottage

  We were traveling to Galveston from DFW for our son's wedding weekend at the Bryan House Museum venue. Had not been in over 20 yrs. Also wanted to extend our visit after the wedding to enjoy all of Galveston. Came upon EVOLVE which I had never heard of and up popped this wonderful cottage, with the layout and great interior just perfect for a couple. The location was important as it was close to the Carr Mansion where the rehearsal dinner would be and just minutes away from the Museum venue. Not to mention a short, easy drive to The Strand District as well as the beaches. The cottage had great decor and amenities, was clean and very comfortable , and a beautiful community garden right next to it. Would book again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Absolutely factored in on making this special family event AMAZING.

• Perfect for Prom

  My daughter's prom was in Galveston, and this little cottage was the perfect setting for her to get ready and prepare. Not far out like the other "beachhouses" we were considering, which relieved so much of my anxiety. Spotlessly Clean! Beautifully Decorated! Everything you can think of was provided including snacks, water, coffee (and flavored creamers), spices, a nutra bullet, air fryer, board games, hairstyling tools, bath products, toiletries, first aid stuff, etc. (I'm sure Im forgetting something). The yard was well manicured. Next door neighbor was very nice and welcoming, and shared info about the community garden. Beds were comfortble, and linens were good quality. Their was a pic of the home before it was restored, and the decore and design preserves the character without feeling like your in an old house, as there are many modern features. I couldnt even figure out how to work the thermostat, as it looked just like a tiny mirror on the wall. Thankfully there was a book with everything you need to know about the house, including how to work the thermostat. My only critique would be to provide more trash bags and paper towels, and laundry detergent, and bleach. There were gnats coming from the drain, so I had to buy some bleach to pour down the drain as I couldn't find any anywhere in the house. I would definitely rent this property again for a staycation on the island! Love, Love, Love!
