  • Gorgeous Historic Home!

    5/5

I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay in a quintessential, beautiful, historic house in Galveston! We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends, 10 of us in total and the house was more than comfortable for all of us. I couldn't believe how well-stocked the kitchen was with tons of service-wear and every kitchen tool you could need. We were actually sad that we planned to eat out as much as we did. The house/bedrooms/bathrooms are more stunning than in the pictures and everything was in mint condition. The backyard is also much larger than it looks online and we made good use of the cornhole and spike ball that was at the house already. If you are a person that enjoys the history of Galveston this is your place - the front door has a handful of plaques showing the historic characteristics, including "1900 Storm Survivor". We had a few questions for the host throughout the stay and she was always very responsive and helpful. We would all be thrilled to stay here again!

  • Absolutely amazing historic home!

    5/5

It's difficult to describe this home and do it justice. It was built in 1892 and is as comfortable as a modern day home. Breathtaking.
