Condo 304 - Construction next door
4/5 Overall, a decent place to stay, front desk folks were great and informative. Some updates to decor would be beneficial in the living room. Specifically, Master bedroom bed frame is EXTREMELY squeaky and mattress was not comfortable (a gel foam topper would greatly help).Construction was happening right next to our room from 8am-5pm including Saturday which made it nearly impossible to sleep in or enjoy the patio, that was really disappointing. Kitchen was small, but great and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Bring your own spices.Towels for bathing were new, towels for the beach, folding chairs and boogie board were also provided. A dustpan and broom would've been nice to have to help with housekeeping. We also used the BBQ Grill at the pool and that was excellent.

5/5 Wonderful location. Beach front. Nice condo, comfortable,clean, well equipped for eating In. The condo staff were amazing.
Defy worth renting and enjoying life. Will rent again.

4/5 This was the an excellent place to stay. It is literally on the beach. The home comfortably sleeps 4. The price was great. Would stay there again.
