girls beach trip

Unexpected
2/5 We arrived after dark and was a little concerned with the area. We parked directly on the street in front of the building. As we entered, there was an old musty smell in the hot stairwell. We opened the door and it was nice and clean but still a bold odor. As we settled in for the night, the bed was awful. It has a huge dip in the middle so we sank into the dip all night long. The next morning we tried to shower. There was absolutely no water pressure. We decided to leave and go to another place to stay.

-The mattresses are new in every unit as of this spring. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
-We vacuum the hallway and mop it after every guest's departure and the day of the new guest's arrival as a courteous gesture.
-We are at the property almost daily with our guests, and I was never notified about the water pressure. I will make sure it gets resolved for future guests.
We are sorry you felt you had to leave. We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.Weekend trip
4/5 We enjoyed everything about our rental except for the water pressure . Bathing our 5 &3 year old in a trickle if water was quite the event. I'm glad we were only there for 2 nights...any longer and we would have had to book a different rental. Besides that, we enjoyed having everything provided for us- down to kid friendly plates and cups, beach towels and toiletries.
