Friends Trip
4/5 This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. The location and price is great. The airconditioning went out and was fixed very quickly! Very impressed. I will be honest the only thing we found distasteful is that the linens were dirty and the floor in the master bedroom was sticky. Would we stay again yes, i just feel the condo could be cleaned better.

5/5 Great views & great location, highly recommend you consider staying here. Balcony overlooks one of the many pools on property, so you can watch the kiddos while they swim, from the comfort of shaded balcony.

Needs work and my friends Were NOT impressed .
3/5 Wow when we drove up - I said this can't be the place. For $500 for 2 nights you expect more. Needs new flooring and repairs and deeper cleaning. My group was not impressed. SO much needed to be repaired and painted: Chairs, refridgerator drawers we're broken, dishwasher didn't work, elevators (Some) didn't work.
Location was really nice.

-We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We were glad to be able to allow your group with early check-in and are surprised to learn of your concerns post-stay and not while we were communicating.
-The resort is currently going through a major renovation throughout the complex. This is the first concern we've received about the flooring, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Additionally, we will look into your concerns about the disposal as we just had this replaced.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!Loved it
5/5 Easy check-in; loved that it was quiet in the back of the complex. Had even more seating in the living room area than show in pictures. Easy elevator access from parking area. Only small issues - had to unplug one of the air fresheners because it was too strong and in the master bathroom shower, shampoo and body wash weren't labeled (I wound up conditioning my hair with body wash). Would definitively look at booking again.
