Weekend getaway
4/5 We needed a family getaway for the long weekend in Galveston. We were pleased with the check in process when we got there. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It’s not really close to the beach (walking distance) but close to the sea wall and everything else. If you’re looking for a beachfront beach house then this is not it. The house has gates so it’s safe to park, however when we left the house for the beach, for some reason the coded door lock just won’t lock. We had to call the property manager next door to let her know. When we returned the door still unlocked. One of the bed in the upstairs bedroom makes lots of creaking noises every time you move or turned. Overall, our stay was pleasant! We enjoyed our stay at the property.
