Beach Fun

My husband and I are long time visitors to Galveston and Seascape! We brought our children here and are now bringing our grandson! The only place to stay with kids, the easy beach access is wonderful. Our host was wonderful, easy access thru text messages. The condo was clean and as advertised. We plan to be back next summer as well!

Super cute clean condo right on the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds, and the pool. Great communication with owner, very smooth. Would for sure rent again

Comfy and cozy!

The condo was super clean and cozy and had extra blankets and pillows. We were able to walk to the beach through the gate and my kiddos loved the pool! We arrived a little earlier than we expected and she responded to us almost immediately! We will definitely be back again. Perfect for a small family !

Great Location-Property Management Meh

Condos are the best kept and location by far. Pool and hot tubs are maintained very well and was impressed by cleanliness. Views are beautiful. This is why I am giving 3 stars, otherwise it would be less. Unit was just ok, main bedroom bed frame and mattress are barely hanging on. I am 5'8" and had to bend over to wash my hair the shower head was so low, and that was if you could wiggle the faucet to the right spot to get the right temp because it was installed sideways or its been so poorly handled for so long it that twisted. Deck box had beach items all were dirty, chair rusted and bent, buckets broken. No laundry so we hung towels up to dry on balcony but got scolded by on site management, even though another guest let in 15+ people into Pool area making facilities unusable. Security made them leave but they just snuck back in swimming fully clothed, maxing occupancy limits and teenagers being obnoxious and making it hard for younger kids to play. But, on site was more worried about towels hanging out to dry. Might consider going back just different Unit, permenant residents we met were super friendly and nice.

Hi Kelsey, we’re so glad you enjoyed the amenities, cleanliness, and beautiful views, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
- All the mattresses were replaced brand new in December.
- The shower head is at a normal level, however, the ceiling is low in these condos. The single shower handle is similar to what you would find in a hotel and was installed by a licensed plumber about a year ago. We also had the shower head and tub drains replaced at that time.
- We have recently checked the beach box and while we try to discard broken items, it's difficult to always have it completely cleared out. We usually find that guests are mindful to put things back as clean as possible and that some items are left by other guests. We may consider removing the sandbox if it continues to be an issue.
-We apologize our listing was not accurately advertised. The property itself and the condo complex don't have laundry facilities. This is stated in our instruction letter, however, a nearby place is recommended if needed. Since your stay, we have updated our listing's advertisement and we've included this information in our pre-stay email.
- We can't control external factors like other guests not following the rules and policies, or guarantee the availability of community amenities. We do understand that these amenities play a large role when guests book a property. If we were notified during your stay, we would've been happy to ask management to assist with the issue. We’re sorry this impacted your stay.

Quick weekend get away

Location was great, property was as advertised and communication with the host was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again. There’s a good amount of beach to walk, we felt safe, everyone we saw on the property was very friendly.
