Nice quiet area
5/5 Property was away from the main busy strip. Great quiet area. Facility accommodation was great for 8 persons. Facility was clean and had enough plates and utensils for all 8 persons. Can fish in the channel or across the street but did not catch much. Across the street we saw people catch lots of blue crab with a chicken leg tied to a string.
The sea wall strip was just a 15 to 20 minute drive. Close to Walmart where we got everything we needed. Convenient store just at entrance to subdivision. Property had 3 bedrooms plus a loft.
Lovely family stay.

Great location on a fishing canal
5/5 Loved fishing out the back door with grandkids. Good places to eat close by. Although property is 3bd 3bath there are four extra beds that are great for large families. Will stay again!

Gone Fishing
4/5 We stayed here mainly for a fishing trip for my son's birthday. The location was great and the fire pit was pretty nice to have outside. However, inside the house is where the problems were. The home didn't have any toilet paper, napkins/paper towels, no foil, salt & pepper shakers, all the knives in the kitchen were basically as sharp as a butter knife and we had to stock pretty much every little basic thing. The gas tank on the grill ran out and I called the prpety manager. She said to go get it replaced myself and that "you can bill us, if you want" so I didn't think that was very good customer service. The entire upper deck sways really badly, needs to be reinforced . There are some people that are permanent residents and not renters that live around and they're very particular about the slightest noise so make sure you're as quiet as a mouse. I've stayed at beach, lake and river home rentals every year (sometimes twice a year) for my entire adult life and this one, overall, I would not stay at again but I'd still recommend it for some people, just not for me.
