Meets the Basic Needs
4/5 We are so close to the beach. The basic necessities for a family and a short stay are here. Pool area is a great. Close to restaurants and grocery. Be aware that this is a 3rd floor condo and requires stair climbing.
5/5 We enjoyed our stay, no complaints on the condo though we spent minimal time there. Both rooms had extremely soft sheets and comfortable mattresses. The only hiccup was that the sliding door to the patio needs repair, it’s very difficult to get open.

Mother daughter trip
5/5 It was a great stay. This is my 3rd time to stay at the dawn property. Will definitely be back. Great Experience each stay.i would recommend these condos to anyone.
