Well thought out beach house
5/5 This is a perfect vacation house for a small family. Everything is well thought out, there’s plenty of places to hang wet towels and suits, plenty of seating in every family space (deck, living room, downstairs eating area) lots of coffee cups and kitchen ware. It’s a block from the beach but it doesn’t feel like it at all. You can see the water from inside the house and the porch. There are food trucks & golf cart rentals & well stocked small grocery stores two blocks away. Excellent value and a fair price.

Nice Getaway
5/5 My husband and I came to Surfside with our 6 year old grandson for a quick summer getaway. The home is perfectly suited for that; it was clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed having fans in all the rooms to cool down after being outside. I cooked for us while there and the kitchen had all that was needed to prepare our meals. My only suggestion would be to ensure there are enough paper products available (or let guest know they should bring their own). We had only a half roll of toilet paper for our stay (we bought some more at the nearby store), and would have also run out of paper towels in the kitchen had I not brought a roll with us. That said, we had a great time and would visit again.
p.s. Our grandson enjoyed all the beach toys, especially the boogie boards!
