  The location was perfect- just walked out on patio. And bridge to ocean- the view of the ocean was beautiful from the property. Highly recommend! The property manager was very nice and quick to respond

• End of Summer Beach Trip

  Family had a great time. Location and access to beach was great. Beach house has great potential, but it would seem not much money is being put back into property. There are safety issues with deck railing ( grandchild nearly fell from deck due to railing separating). Cleaning is poor, bed spreads are dirty with pubic hair and other matter on them which sticks to clean sheets laid on spreads. Mold and slime on shower curtain liners (so inexpensive to replace once in a while). I could list more but what's the point. We will not stay here again and would not recommend.

  Rusty, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for your experience. There's nothing worse as an owner than to find out about issues like this after the fact, rather than when we might have had a chance to rectify them.
  -We have addressed the bedspreads and shower curtain liners with the cleaning crew.
  -You mentioned that there was much more that you weren't going to go into detail about. Would you mind sharing some of that information with us? We have no way of knowing and addressing them otherwise so we would appreciate it.
  -We can assure you that we do care and are working hard to properly maintain the property. This year we replaced cabinets, painted baseboards, and added concrete. We are also painting the exterior in the off-season.
  -Thank you for letting us know about the railing. That is a very concerning matter and we'd prefer to fix these things so that other guests do not have the same experience.

  We always get Sea Dreams Beach House,

  Located steps away from the beach.

  The house has everything you need, just bring groceries and your paper products.

  We had a BBQ on the nice relaxing porch and enjoyed the balcony at night. Very clean beach area. So pretty and just fun to be there. We love Sea Dreams Beach House

  Highly recommend this lovely home! It’s directly on the beach, has two big porches with a beautiful view. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we imagined for our getaway.
