Fun weekend
5/5 The house was perfect! Great location. Close to Main Street and short drive to wineries. The backyard was beautiful, enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the patio. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Great Weekend Getaway
5/5 Our group of 5 had a great girls getaway staying at The Loft. The place was roomy enough for all of us. Enjoyed sipping my morning coffee in the beautiful backyard. Short drive to Main Street and all of the wineries. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.
A must Stay
5/5 We stayed here with 6 friends. 2 on the Loft side and 4 of us on the other side. We all shared a back porch . There is a bar in the yard. I cant tell you how beautiful, clean, perfectly furnished and the location is so close to downtown it is. We have stayed here many times since it was the first properties the owners had. We adored them so much and they treated us so great that we ended up coming to visit Fredericksburg ONLY BECAUSE they had finished a new property so that we could be the first ones to try it out.
Sheila and Murray are the definition of SUPER HOSTS!! We just booked the newest property, Olivia's Nest, their newest and biggest house. We are so excited. We have never booked another hotel after staying the first time here.
