We really enjoyed the house at 103 Mourning Dove. Plenty of room (there were 10 of us), beautifully decorated and even had coffee makers, coffee, creamer, etc. Loved the big tree in the center as you enter the house. The only complaint we had was that there were no bed linens for the sofabeds where we were told to look. And we had trouble reaching anyone to get some! But once we got that solved everything else was wonderful.

This place was very unique and would comfortably hold 8, maybe 9 if someone slept on the couch. House was wheelchair accessible on the first floor (just watch out for the loose dirt ;) ) and we were also happy to realize, if we came in the back entrance the 2nd floor was wheelchair accessible as well! The space was great, we had a wonderful stay. Only a few things to note:The gas stove is a little finicky. Only a few burners work after trying to awhile to get them to light in the first place. First floor is just a bath only and the showers in the other two aren't for tall people and the shower heads/curtains are awkwardly posted in the middle of tub. Oh and the 3rd floor two beds are in an open space, you walk through to get to the 3rd single bedroom and that bedroom, the walls don't go all the way up and it's open to the living room as well so not much privacy up there. Other than, very cool space. Loved the trees in the house and had a nice coffee bar.

Be aware that this property only has 1 AC unit for all 3 floors. It was very uncomfortable at night and difficult to sleep. However, the house is very spacious.

Hi Heather, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you weren't completely comfortable during your trip. The homeowners have since added a third-floor AC unit that can be used alongside the industrial unit, ceiling fans, tower fans, and first-floor unit to keep the home cool. Thanks for your review!
It was comfortable for the price, thank you

We enjoyed our stay, could have use a couple extra larger cooking pots. The master bath can be a challenge. Needs to be dusted a bit more.
