Amazing Fredericksburg Home!
5/5 This sweet house was amazing! The owners thought of everything to make us feel right at home. The entire house was spotless and everything worked perfectly. The outdoor space was so inviting. We enjoyed peaceful nights out by the fire pit. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Place to Stay!
5/5 We went to Fredericksburg for my husband‘s birthday. The property was very clean, the beds are comfortable. Very close to downtown, we had an amazing time! We would definitely stay at this property again. I have to add that the lemon cake they left for us was amazing!!

Great House, terrible management policies
4/5 Great house with every amenity you need. The house was nicely decorated and a walkable distance to shopping and dining.
Unfortunately, I will never rent through Evolve again. This trip was originally scheduled for April of 2020. Because of Covid, Texas, like the rest of the country, was under a mandatory stay at home order. Evolve would not give a refund because the shutdown came after the cancellation deadline. After much haggling and many emails, I was offered a credit good for 12 mos from the date of the original trip. Sadly, when able to rebook, Evolve had substantially raised the rates on the house I originally booked and all properties in the Fredericksburg area. Our original trip was for three nights in a larger home with a hot tub. Even reducing the number of nights, it would have cost us an extra $400-500. So, we booked a smaller home for only two nights and no hot tub and lost a little over $100 in our credit, but we refused to spend anymore money with Evolve.
Fun Family Getaway!
5/5 What a beautiful place. Our family of 4 plus Auntie stayed and had a wonderful time for a long weekend together. The location of this place was fabulous, and the decorations were super cute!Outdoor fire pit was fun and the overall experience was oriented to guests! I highly recommend this place. Even our little ones (4 & 6) had a great time, and could walk easily to main street from here.
