Great stayaction!
4/5 Lovely pink house! The pictures does not do it justice. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was down and after communicating with the owner, back and forth, she was willing to give a partial refund for the inconvenience. However, there were a couple things in the home that did not work. The oven did not work, a few of the electrical sockets in the kitchen area did not work. Also, unlike most Airbnbs or rentals homes, there’s wasn’t like a welcome/house book. So, I had to message the owner to get check in and check out procedures, and Vrbo was suppose to email me the house code, for the door, and never did. Other than those things, I truly enjoyed the property and if those things were to be fixed I would come back.

1/5 First issue was the lights did not work. I called the property manager, left a message and still have not received a return call. My husband had to go find the breaker box and reset six breakers. The decorating was not true to the photos, The place is hosed down in peptobismal pink. The trash as so full we could not leave it with the dumpster overflowing. The pool was filthy and there were cords scattered all about with one electrical cord snaked through a window into an outlet in the kitchen. Carpet was dirty and walls were scuffed. The white sofa was very dirty.There were no instructions on the tv operations and no remote for the tv in the master bedroom. We had family in and we all felt the property was grossly over priced. Really a disappointment.

Hi Michelle, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay! After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they'd like to share the following:
- We are working on adding new photos to the listing so guests are aware of the updates to the decor in the home.
- There are no power cords except for the TV, which is enclosed in a waterproof casing.
- The pool is cleaned weekly by a professional pool company.
- The carpet is professionally cleaned every month or so and cleaned by the cleaners upon every guest checkout.
- The white sofa has one small stain, but it is not dirty.
- The TV just needs to be turned on with the power button and use the arrows to navigate around. There are remotes for every TV.
The owners have worked hard to prepare the home for guests, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!
