  The pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s a brand new home decorated like something on the Home worship channel. Everything is professionally done. Modern everything. Tons of beach goodie’s to play with, easy 7 minute walk to the beach. Great TVs in 2 bedrooms and a huge one in the living room. Worth every cent. We’ll be back for sure.

  This home was great, we go every summer to Boliver and by far this was the best place we have stayed in. Very well stocked, comfy beds, very clean

  Easy access to the beach. We will for sure rent again.

• Excellent Property, Excellent Location

  House was exactly as pictured but the details are much better in person. I am in real estate and can tell the difference between builder grade finish out and custom, this house was completed with very nice finish outs and the quality of construction is excellent. From the higher end TV's, Polk sound bar, Bose stereo system, nice art work on the walls and not your typical hobby lobby decor, nice couch, pillow, blankets and sheets, you can tell the owners really put some thought and money into this house. I liked that everything was labeled so you knew what light switches went to the exact lights. The coffee bar was a very nice touch and the fact you still had an actual coffee maker or Keurig to choose from was nice. The kitchen had it all, everything you would need to cook with or store food after was a nice touch. The master shower was very nice and large. My 7 foot guest was able to use this shower with ease and was pleased it was not tiny or shower head very low...oh and PLENTY of hot water. The outdoor deck, table and chairs were nice and you could easily see the Gulf from that area. My only complaints (and they are very very minor) upon arrival you could tell the wood vinyl floors had not been cleaned/moped as you could see dirt and dirty footprints all over, the kitchen countertops and range were dirty (we cleaned both) and the master bath shower had hair on the floor. I point these out as I want the owners to know that they may not be getting their moneys worth from the cleaning crew. We also had no access to the garage. The code given for the main house did not work on the garage so we were not able to access beach supplies but it was not a big deal or enough of a bother to contact the property manager. If there is a separate code that should be included with the rental info. Otherwise, this is a fantastic property with a great location to everything, you will love it here!!!!
