  The house is perfect! Decorated super cute and very clean. The view is great too as they have not built anything across the street so it is like being Ocean front.

  The only thing I would suggest is buying a Pizza cutter. We had a bunch of kiddos and had allot of frozen pizza to cut up with a knife LOL-:))))

  First of all, the house and location was GREAT!! I have a concern with the owner. My family and I booked this house during Christmas break(December 2022) when parts of Crystal beach had a power outage. We arrived at the beach house around 7 that night. Around midnight the power went out. We were able to communicate with the host(GREAT) and she said that the power should be back on tomorrow morning around 11:30am. It was really late so we just covered up and stayed for the night. The next morning, the power did not come on. We spoke with the host and she said the power will not be on until later on in the evening. Which we found out the power did not come on until 2 days later. At that time we decided to leave because we had our 74 year old mother with us and the home was getting colder. When communicating with the Evolve Team (GREAT) the owner allowed us to come up with 4 different date changes to come back to the home with our family. My family and I are educators, so we were able to come up with 4 different dates that worked for all of us. The Evolve Team comes back and communicates that the owner can not accept ANY of those 4 different dates because the nights during that time frame are roughly $900+ a night meaning there will be additional funds needed from me. We did get our money refunded back to us besides the cleaning and damage fee. Thank you Evolve Team for your goodwill. However, I felt like the owner was all about profit not customer service. Please have more value in your guest; think about what truly matters when determining your guest worth.

  Hi Anonymous, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, during your stay, the area experienced a power outage due to inclement weather conditions. Initially, the power company had given us a timeframe of when power would be restored, the following morning, but that was not the case and the timeframe kept getting pushed out. Although this was something completely out of our control, we're truly sorry this happened during your stay. We did everything we could in an attempt to work with you and reschedule your stay. As mentioned, you proposed multiple different dates; however, they were all during the same week of Spring Break and unfortunately these dates were not feasible due to the length of stay you desired and the significant pricing difference of of over $600.00 a night. We hope that the measures taken by both ourselves and Evolve and the refund issued made up for any inconvenience you encountered.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Beautiful home for a great 4 days with 3 couples. Laid back and relaxing time to unwind. Easy Breezy was just like that. Stingaree is a great diner plus we enjoyed cooking in. Super easy to get to from San Antonio , Austin and Houston
