beautiful house
5/5 It is a very nice house with an incredible view of the sea. It has everything you need to relax for a few days.
Fireworks and dust
4/5 We absolutely loved the location for NYE. The fireworks were phenomenal! Although the home is smaller than we are used to, it worked well for us. The children did well on the stairs. They are very deep. Lots of seating so no one had to eat on their laps. Patio furniture is sturdy and plentiful. The home is steps away from beach access and is situated with great views to the left and right. I took one star away from Cleanliness because the cleaning crew was not dusting on top of most things high. The manager stated she would take care of this. I also took one star away for Communication because I found it difficult to find the correct email/messenger because there were too many to choose from and on top of that, messages were going to my junk folder. By the time we were at the house all was good. Overall, we would rent this house again, especially if it is a holiday involving fireworks.

Great space
5/5 Only thing missing was the sunshine and baking sheets. Only thing we noticed as well was the house does sway with that wind.

Amazing views!
5/5 Great views from the inside or the front deck! Close to beach access, no direct access. People do drive on the beach, so keep your children close! The kitchen is very well furnished and made cooking for our group fun!The open floor plan was comfortable. Could get a little crowded with a large group inside.The bedrooms and baths are a nice size and clean!We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Crystal Tides!!
