5/5 Our 2nd time at the facility but first with this host. Unable to contact host and difficult to contact host contact, but an issue (hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival) was resolved and we were in our room for 3-night stay within 2 hours of our initial arrival. Thereafter, the place was MOSTLY great. My husband did have to unclog the disposal drain which was holding water and smelled bad.

Kitchen sink was backed up
2/5 I loved the place overall. The only complaint I had was that we were not able to use the kitchen sink for our entire stay. It was clogged and anytime the people upstairs would us their sink it would come up in our sink. We paid a lot of money to not get to use the kitchen. The pool was awesome though!

3/5 I would give this less stars but feel the rep Josh from evolve deserves 3 stars for his amazing customer service. When we arrived Thursday the facility was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned. The place is very outdated, has a horrible cigarette smoke smell, and all appliances are awful. The crockpot in the cabinet was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever! This could be a really amazing place and we did enjoy our stay but would not go back again.
Josh was amazing in every way to help us get the facility cleaned and was in constant contact with us via email. Thank you again!
price and location to the beach cannot be beat - we would gladly stay again!!!
4/5 Everything was as published. No communication with property managers. Large Fans in pool area were off first day. Very warm. Second day only 2 fans were turned on. Humidity improved. The key pad was difficulr

I couldn't get into the place and the door was never fixed or lockable.
2/5 there was only one bed with bedding when there were supposed to be two. the no smoking wasn't accurate. the door never got fixed that I couldn't get into at the start of the stay. it took an hour and a half for someone to show up with lubricant when the entire lock mechanism should've been replaced.
