• Elevator not working

  None of the elevators are working. Please know you will have to walk up/down the stairs every time. Condo unit was very nice.

Our listing states that it requires stairs to access the entrance, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility; however, it has an elevator to access the unit. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the elevators not working during your stay, but our HOA states that it could take months before it's fixed. We would love the chance to provide you with a 5-star travel experience, so please let us know if we can do anything to help the next time you book a vacation rental."

  Condo was clean and exactly what was promised. Tv in bedroom would not work. Elevator broken. Hard for two senior citizens to carry bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. We had a good stay overall

If you had contacted the local person (who always answers within minutes), he should have sent the technician to help you. The good news, the Tv is smart, and sometimes the previous guest changes the setup. The cleaning crew set it up to the correct tune. The front desk was available to help you with the luggage as well. They are stalling a new elevator and hope we can host you again, please feel free to contact the local contact next time who will go beyond to help our guests. Please reword it and post it"

  Having stayed at the property last year (not this unit) we had a great time. This year we weren't told about the elevator not working for awhile and no intent to fix it. Being 69 and 73 4 flights of stairs was too much in the heat and we couldn't go anywhere knowing we would have to come back up. Won't be going again

We did not find out about this until while you were in residence. Due to a shortness in staff, the pieces took longer than 2 days to arrive, and we regret that this was not fixed for your stay. This issue has since been resolved and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests!"

• End of summer vacay

  The actual condo was clean, well appointed with everything you’d need, and cutely decorated. However the overall property was old, not taken care of or kept up. The pools were very dirty and cloudy every day and the one working elevator was questionable every time we used it. For those reasons the best I can give it is a 4-star.

  From the owner: " Our team is happy for the condo meeting your expectations. Our cleaning crew makes their best effort to meticulously clean and maintain it. The condo was affected by 2 hurricanes, it is a very large complex, and for the last six months, they have been updating it, painting the walls and ceiling, working on the halls' floor and parking lot, and the plumbing is already being fixed. The board decided on an ocean-look wood and colors (which are old looking, but they are new (walls and trim are practically new but painted in old/ocean-looking color. Hope to host you again"
