Wonderful Stay!

We has family arriving from various parts of the country and needed a home to gather together. This property was perfect! Clean, spacious, great yard, cozy living room for late night TV, and every amenity people needed was close by. Great location to visit any Corpus site. My family was so great full. Thank you hosts!

Poor value for the money

Arrived and couldn’t get in because deadbolt was locked.TVs didn’t work with the internetOne bed can’t be slept in because a board is missing. Cameras all overFan in master bedroom doesn’t work and only 1 bulb.Hot water is barely warm in master bath. Had to shower in kids bathroom.No kitchen towels. Only 2 wash clothes.No shampoo conditioner or bar soap for any bathrooms.

- Communication is highly important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local guest contact would have been happy to help but we were never notified of any issues you mentioned.
- We want to ensure that guests have a smooth check-in process. The front door is the only way into the house with the code and once you're inside, you can access the garage door using the code that is located inside the laundry area on the wall. Since you were able to gain access to the home, there is no issue with the deadbolt.
- We understand how important is it that all amenities are available for guest use. Prior to your arrival, the cleaners inspected the television and confirms that it was in working order.
- We sincerely apologize for the missing board on the upper bunk in the kid's room. To ensure efficiency, we will address this issue immediately.
- We aim for transparency, the listing has been reviewed to make sure it has correct information. The listing and photos of the home are accurately advertised. It is stated in the listing that for everyone's safety, there are external cameras on the property - one at the front and rear entrances and one in the garage. There are no cameras inside the house.
- In regards to the lights, they are functioning well and the fan was in working order before your arrival.
- During our inspection of the water, we confirmed that it adjusts to the proper temperature and functions properly.
- As is standard for vacation rentals, we provide a well-stocked amount of towels for guests’ convenience. For guests' personal preference, we don't supply bathroom essentials as guests often bring their own.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

Very clean and roomy home

The home is very well maintained, clean and roomy. The yard is very spacious for pets, they have reinforced the fence perimeter for those pets that will dig. The inside is quite spacious and very clean for a family. The living room furniture is not the most comfortable, and you do not have access to local tv channels. It would have been nice to have games or cards on the property for the cold and rainy weather days to enjoy, as we have found in most other rentals. The location of the home is easy to get to other places, but the area was near lower income housing and we heard sirens every night. Other than this, the home is a great place to stay, and VERY clean.
