  I am sure I will come back some day. My brother and I enjoyed this place very much. Clean, quiet and relaxing.An absolute treasure to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone. Sitting on the balcony in the evening by the water was an absolute awesome experience. It’s a five star from us.

• Our stay

  Hi, Thank you for opening your condo up for our use. We left around 10am this morning. The washing machine is running with the towels. There’s a few things that we wanted to let you know of. The fire extinguisher in the kitchen pantry expired in 1993. We heard it hissing, it was leaking air & powder so we took it outside and put it on the back deck so it would not continue to spray in the house. The both toilet flappers leak. The condo was very homey, but we found it didn’t look like it had been cleaned well. And lastly, there’s too many knickknacks to live around. The list of inventory items is not up to date. If perhaps there was less to inventory, there might be less to worry about guests stealing. Thus leaving more room for our stuff. Thank you for considering our input and information about the place. Hopefully it may help make future stays safer, healthier and more relaxing. Thank you, Debbie

  Hi Deborah, thank you for your review. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they'd like to share the following:
  - There is a new fire extinguisher in its box under the kitchen sink. It was bought two years ago when the condo was purchased. The city inspects it every single year, and it will expire next year (the form shows when it has been inspected).
  - We had a technician who inspected the old fire extinguisher, which expired in 2013. They confirmed it was intact and didn't show any signs of leaking. He stated that a person must pull the pin and squeeze the trigger for the extinguisher to make noises and release the white power.
  - The technician also checked both toilets, and neither of them were leaking during his inspection. The guests after you check out haven't complained of any leaking either.
  - The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We have the cleaners provide photos after each cleaning for quality assurance. Additionally, we have a supervisor who completed a walkthrough of the unit before your stay. They reported it was clean and everything was working properly.
  - We wish you would've reached out to the Guest Contact while in residence. They would've been happy to address any of your concerns for a most comfortable stay.
  - As for the decor, it is what makes the condo so homey and beautiful. Many guests enjoy the style, but we're sorry it didn't suit your preference. The unit is large and has a lot of space to place the guest's items, including the extra space in the multiple closets.
  As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we feel confident future guests will have excellent stays!

• Great Stay

  Loved the condo. Very pretty inside and a great view. Very close to the beach and about 30 minutes to Corpus. Would stay here again.

• Beautiful condo with on the canal.

  We booked this beautiful and roomy condo for my husband’s birthday weekend. He enjoys fishing so having a boat slip in front on the condo was very convenient. We highly recommend this condo.
