Nice place
5/5 Had a great time renting for the week. Layout of building gives plenty of privacy and areas both in and out were clean. Able to backup to front door making loading and unloading easy. Had hoses with nozzle that made for easy cleaning of our jet skis. Property owner who lives there was friendly and responsive. WiFi spotty outside of bedrooms but not a big deal did not use it much. Would definitely book again!

Average Accomidations
2/5 This unit is in a lovely area; however, the unit itself was not very clean, i.e., dirt in most corners, bathroom courter tops grimy. Outside along the unit's side, dog feces were very evident; we cleaned the area within a day, or so it was again full of manure. The unit above was loud overnight, dog running, and a ball being bounced. We were awakened two to three times each night from around midnight until 5 am. We travel to this area three or four times per year and will NOT rent this unit again.
