5/5 This condo was perfect for graduation weekend. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed.
Townhome
4/5 We liked having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We are older so we wished the seating was more adaptable for at least one recliner type seating. And that the chairs on back porch were a little more sturdy.
Everything was clean. The parking was perfect.
Graduation stay
5/5 The location to campus was good. A great place for the family to celebrate graduation.

Engagement weekend
5/5 Very clean. Easy check-in/out. Ample parking. Quiet neighbors. My only suggestion is to have a good set of kitchen knives and cutting board. I had to ask my Aggie student to bring her cutting board and knife, so I can prepare a nice family dinner.
