Great stay but NO PARKING
3/5 Everything was great but 2 things: I had to bring trash home because no room in the trash cans and I could not leave bags This house sleeps 8-10 but no parking to accommodate. 3 of the paying guests got tickets for parking on the street on side of house. That was a bummer on our stay. Had I known that paying overnight guests could not park at the residence we would have moved cars. It makes no sense that we couldn’t park on street. I was told by the emergency contact that the no parking signs were more for the football fans that park in residential areas.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The welcome information does state that 3 vehicles can be parked on the left side of the driveway - Street parking is prohibited, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the information before arriving. Additionally, there are posted signs that say “No parking on the street”. The city doesn’t ticket people during the games, but they will if parked overnight.

Family time in Aggieland
5/5 This property was perfect for our annual family weekend in Aggieland. We enjoyed being able to walk to Midnight Yell and the game on Saturday. The open layout accommodated every activity including meals, movies and games. The backyard and patio are so nice for the kids to play while adults relax. We were actually sad we didn't book more days at this beautiful property.
