I love the house but the bathtub had lots of dirt

2/5 Had ants covering the entire tub and killed 3 scorpions and a centipede. There was a broken unusable grill. I was given a code for the door that I was not going to use. I had to call and get the code for the side door. I texted my dissatisfaction to the property owner and asked for 1/4 in refund for what I believe was right for compensation. He refused

Hi Irene, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- When you reached out to make us aware of an ant issue, we promptly responded and scheduled an exterminator. When the exterminator arrived at the property you denied access due to your schedule and prevented us from being able to remedy the issue during your stay. We have since had the exterminator back to the property who resolved the problem and we continue to have regular visits to ensure the property stays pest free.
- We do not provide a grill and have since confirmed that we do not advertise a grill on our listing, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Beautiful Home with everything you need!!
5/5 Stayed here with my two boys and our friends and had a wonderful time. House is new and beautiful. Has everything you need and no neighbors on top of you!Owners are wonderful and quick to respond!!Would stay again in a heartbeat!
