Wasn’t good
1/5 This property looks nice in the pictures however there’s tons of differed maintenance, the house looks ratty, it offers no privacy, and it’s not clean. It’s picked up, but vents and things were dusty, needs paint inside and out, and the house doesn’t smell clean. The yard was mowed, but looked like whoever did it, did so blindfolded. Overall just wasn’t a place we wanted to stay, once seeing the property. When we decided to pass on the property, we kindly gave valid reasons to the owner who refused to refund any of the rental price. I’ve never requested a refund from any vacation rental before - we’re not like that. Hope this review is helpful.

- We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. Our home is in a neighborhood and is easily seen from the map of the property. Since privacy/seclusion isn’t advertised at this property, we don’t market it as such in the listing. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
- We were surprised to read your review as neither we nor the cleaning team detected any odors either before or after your stay. The house has been recently remodeled and painted, and new A/C, A/C vents, blinds, and windows were installed as well. The yard is well-maintained and was mowed a day before your arrival. Upon notification of your raised concern, missed areas were tended to immediately by the maintenance company.
- Unfortunately, your request for cancellation with a full refund did not occur within the cancellation policy, so your request was not able to be honored. However, we felt that the refund of the cleaning fee was a fair resolution based on documentation not being provided.

4/5 Second and third floor very nice with great views; first floor game room had a lot of fun to offer. We rented a boat to add to the fun! Will be back.
