Peaceful atmosphere with lots of wildlife!
5/5 The property was nice and just what we needed. The atmosphere outside was so peaceful and quiet! We loved all the of the deer and fox that visited daily. That was the best part about this location. We enjoyed the games on the patio. The place is conveniently located to so many little cities: San Marcos, Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberely. We enjoyed all of these places along with a day on Canyon Lake boating, swimming and tubing. We floated both the Comal and Guadeloupe Rivers. Lots to do and relax.

Week rental
5/5 We rented this home for a week and it was fantastic, the views were great and the proximity to everything was perfect! We had a blast!

Great views and secluded
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few glitches, but Hilda was very responsive. Deer walked through the property daily. They seemed to be right at home in the area. The house is very nice. Only suggestion... bring your own pillows. The pillows are very soft. I need a firm pillow. But that is not a negative comment. No one can specifically cater to everyone's needs. Thank you for the great stay!

Canyon Lake Cabin
5/5 We enjoyed our week at the Canyon Lake Cabin. Although not directly on the lake, the cabin has a high vantage point overlooking the lake, and the porch is a wonderful spot to relax in the evening. The cabin is new and clean with very nice amenities and serves as an excellent base to access nearby Hill Country towns and sites. The owner and property manager were both very responsive to concerns; our login code apparently was not registered, but a quick phone call resolved the issue.We are looking forward to staying here again!
