5/5 Family traveled to College Station to celebrate “Ring Day” at Texas A&M.
Great location and relaxing outdoors for a family gathering. The house was furnished with everything we could need. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend this property.
Country living at its best!!
5/5 Wow!! What can I say about “NiNi’s Love?!”
First off, the communication between the owner and I was quick and easy and the instructions on how to get to the house and how to get in were clear to follow.
The location is perfect for a weekend getaway; you’re close enough to Bryan/College Station to go where you want, but you’re far enough away so that you’re in your own private paradise.
The house itself is clean and comfortable and super cozy— it feels like your home away from home. You can tell that it is well-loved and is a place the owners family cherishes. Sitting on the back porch and enjoying the wind chimes and the view of the pond was incredibly relaxing and is a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day.
I would definitely stay here again!!

5/5 We had the absolute BEST time staying at this beautiful property! Nini’s Love is like staying in a pottery barn catalogue on a private property that feels like a park. Our three kids spent more time outside than in. It was so nice to see them off their devices! The giant windows overlook the pond—it felt like a million miles from real life. It was spotless and well-equipped with everything we could have needed. We’re already planning to go back!
