- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 028137
- Wake up the keypad by placing the back of your hand on the black keypad, press the two random digits that appear, then enter the code to unlock the door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take trash in the trash and/or recycling bins on the garage side of the house. There is also a green Composting bin for food scraps and pizza boxes
- Return all rollaway/inflatable/floor mattresses to the closets
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Close curtains on front windows of the house
- Turn off all lights (except for front porch light), electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the BBQ propane gas at the tank
- Set the thermostat to 72 in warm months and 65 degrees in cold months
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- If you moved any furniture, please move it back to its original location
- Remember to check for personal items in all the drawers and closets, under couch cushions, and under furniture, and take them with you
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- The driveway is very steep. Parking blocks are installed towards the end of the driveway to prevent cars from rolling towards the house.
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a street space directly in front of the house and two spaces on the street directly across from the house. Please never park directly in front of the neighbor's house (5719 China Berry)
