Convenient and affordable get away for a family
5/5 We had a wonderful family gathering, enjoyed the backyard, and the drive to downtown was simple. I give it two thumbs up!

Overall the place was nice as well as the neighborhood.
4/5 The house could use some maintenance and cleaning. The outdoor grilling area was very disappointing and didn’t come with any propane for the grill or the fire pit.

Wonderful Austin Home
5/5 We stayed in this great Austin home for a week over the Christmas holiday. What we loved: quiet, super-convenient location with grocery, restaurants, Costco, just about everything very easy to get to. The living room had a huge sofa with tons of comfy seating, the kitchen, which is adjacent to the living room was big and very well-stocked and there was a large table nearby for us all to gather for meals and games. The beds were very comfortable and there are 2 bathrooms which served the 6 of us well. The backyard is amazing and has all you could want in terms of amenities. We didn't use it as much as we hoped because of the "deep freeze" which came in during our stay, but hope to in future visits! The owners and the property manager were very responsive, even during the holiday week which we really appreciated. we would highly recommend this property for your Austin visits.
