Great stay in East Austin
5/5 This was a new house in a developing neighborhood in East Austin. It was conveniently close to the UT Austin campus (we were there for graduation) and also an easy drive to the airport. It was perfect for our group of 6.

Nice house in East Austin near the University
5/5 Six of us stayed at this house for the University of Texas at Austin graduation. It is located in a developing neighborhood relatively close to the University and is an easy drive to the airport. The house was new and comfortable and it perfectly fit our needs. It was really nice to have 3 full bathrooms. We would highly recommend this house for a group.
Nice clean house
4/5 The house was great for our needs. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding. Their is a second house in the backyard on the same property that is not included in pictures so that was a surprise. We did not see anyone enter the house, but had not planned to share the property. It does have a separate entrance in the back yard, but eliminates privacy in the backyard. This should be disclosed and included in the pictures. Not just stating that owner may be present at times.
We did not have enough towels and blow dryer was not working but they responded very quickly to resolve this. There is limited coffee cups (4) and plates for a house that sleeps 8. You can not sit 8 in the living room with the couch and chair. Location is up and coming not the greatest surroundings a few blocks away, but did not worry us. Good central location but would say a car is necessary, not walking distance to much.
They were very accommodating with a late check-out that we didn't actually need but nice to have the option.
House was great for our needs.
Pictures were out dated
5/5 The photos showed a large backyard and when we got there, there was another house there. Location was great neighborhood was fine.
