Austin trip
3/5 The house was in a great location and was nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable. Overall cleanliness was poor, floors were dirty. We were suppose to have access to the garage, which we didn’t and some of the automated house features did not work.

- We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors. We wish you would've notified us of your concerns during your stay. We would've been happy to send the cleaning crew to remedy the situation. We've shared the feedback with our cleaners to help ensure more consistent quality for future guests.
- We just modified our home access policy to exclude access to the garage. We apologize for the inconvenience and for not notifying you in advance. We've updated our listing description and the in-home guest guide to reflect the change.
- The house has high-tech capabilities to help make for an easy experience. Some of the automation features can be glitchy due to network issues arising from power outages. Those devices can still be controlled through traditional switches and remote controls. Had we known there were issues, we could have sent a technical support resource to help reestablish functionality during your stay.
We will continue to do all we can to provide our guests with an excellent stay!5/5 What a great experience we had. Hilda was amazing, from the early check in and the suggestions of places to see in the city to answering all/any questions we had. The house was perfect for our needs. We had our 85 year old mothers birthday party here with the family. Very comfy and cozy house to stay in. They had everything we may have wanted. Lovely home and yard to sit on the porch with coffee. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to go back. Thanks to all.

Clean, beautiful & prime location!
5/5 Stayed here before my wedding. BEAUTIFUL Property! we loved this house and the ease of the check in and out processes. Next time we return to Dripping we will definitely be booking this house again! located minutes from Dripping and in a beautiful neighborhood we really could not have asked for a better stay. Comfortable beds and open concept. We loved it!
