Great spot right off W 6th!
5/5 Great place to stay for a trip to Austin! Clean and beautiful home with plenty of Austin travel books so you can always find something to do. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants on W 6th. Better Half Coffee & Cocktails is a must and only a 5 minute walk.

Our Texas vacation

Great, quiet location for respite from SXSW
4/5 Three of my great friends met me here for my SXSW bachelor party. Neighborhood was quiet; good coffee shop about 10-15 minute walk through a nice mostly-residential neighborhood. Very clean and great keypad access. About 30 minute walk from downtown, so friends drove us around half the time—Austin is pretty spread out. Overall, I would recommend it.
