Great spot in a great location
5/5 This was a really nice spot with convenient access to all of the great things in East Austin as well as other parts of the city. Everything is really walkable and the apartment was very easy to acres and very clean. Great communication from the hosts.
Great location
5/5 Great location...easy walk to restaurants, downtown. Property clean,well appointed, secure parking. Highly recommend.
Disappointing stay
2/5 Had to reach out on day of arrival to owner to get information on how to access condo. Wrote to them asking regarding trash etc, they did not answer me. The condo was dusty, floors and toilets not cleaned. We had very low water pressure in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Noise from train was loud and I would advise people of that. It’s not within walking distance like the website described, nor in an area I would feel comfortable walking. The floor we were on had a horrible odor throughout the halls. We’ve stayed at a lot of condos but none this bad and the owners always had great communication whereas this one did not. Does not make for a pleasant or comfortable stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
